Implementation

At CrossPlans we take pride in simplifying the implementation process for Plan Sponsor. We guide
advisors, employers and plan sponsors through the necessary steps to successfully establish and
implement their qualified retirement plan.

Our implementation team will work with the plan sponsor to finalize plan design and outline the various steps in the implementation process. We will assist the plan sponsor in assigning responsibility for the completion of each step and establish an estimated timeline for each step in the process.

During the implementation process, we will work with the plan sponsor, their internal contact person,
their investment advisor, and their recordkeeper to ensure all of the implementation tasks are
completed accurately and timely.
