Marisa is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with degrees in Cognitive and Political Sciences.  Marisa handles the day to day operations at the firm.  She began her career in real estate and property management, but made the switch to the TPA world and CrossPlans in 2015. 

Marisa, her husband James and their daughter currently reside in Ladera Ranch, California.
