Thien is a student-turned-pension administrator who is passionate about clear and effective consulting with clients regarding the complexity that is retirement plans. As a growing Pension Administrator at the firm with a degree in Actuarial Sciences and a QKA designation, he is responsible for day-to-day administration of the firms 401(k), Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans.

Additionally, Thien has passed his EA exams and aspires to grow his actuarial consulting skills so that he may one day become an Enrolled Actuary.

When he isn’t under the pension umbrella, you can find Thien at the beach with a nice book, under the literal umbrella - his favorite way to unwind.
